The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore Ghent. The pet-friendly policy was a big plus for us, as we brought our dog along. We loved the well-stocked breakfast buffet with tons of options for the whole family.
My wife says that the bathroom space felt cramped for our family.

Great location, average comfort
Stepping into the hotel, I was charmed by the friendly reception staff and the lovely breakfast spread. Plenty of options, and I was particularly fond of the fresh orange juice!
The room was quite compact, making it a challenge for movement. The air conditioning system, unfortunately, made some noise, which affected the overall tranquility during my stay.

The bar area features chessboards, which made for some unexpected fun during downtime. Nice compact layout made it easy to navigate between the room and reception effortlessly.
Rooms feel cramped, and even the bathrooms are smaller than expected, making maneuvering a bit awkward. Noise from other guests in the corridors can be intrusive late at night, disrupting the peace. Also, the breakfast at 16 euros per person seems overpriced for what’s offered, and parking fees are steep at 20 euros per day.

missingWrote a review on 08 Julcomfortable bedgood locationdecent breakfastwi-fi issuesstaff overwhelmedlack of tea
The room had a comfortable bed and good pressure in the shower, which made mornings easier. Breakfast had decent servings and was quite filling. The location is a major plus, only a five-minute walk to the Cathedral and Belfry. However, I faced issues with Wi-Fi connectivity during my stay. it kept logging me out and was frustrating to deal with. The lack of tea facilities in the room felt like a miss, especially for a longer stay. The staff were polite, but sometimes seemed overwhelmed during busy hours. All in all, a nice stay, but some areas could definitely use improvement.
